RAMBLER FESTIVAL AT ZEALAND, MØN AND LOLLAND-FALSTER
Fantastic walks on longer trails in the region. Starting point is Sjællandsleden where you can look forward to approx.35 stages. The continuous walk will start in Odsherred with leg 1 on Sjællandsleden. Next day, leg 2 of the journey, and so on. All of the walks start each day at 10am and ends with overnight accommodation, leaving it to individuals to choose how many days of walking they prefer. Walks at the Sjællandsleden is expected to end on the 1st of August and then put an end to the rambler festival for the time being, but it will be back in 2010!

BAROQUE CONCERT AT SELSØ CASTLE - SKIBBY
This season's Baroque concert offers a great programme where we celebrate the 250th jubilee of Handel and the 259th jubilee of Bach. At the concert you can hear some of Handel’s and Bach’s most beautiful arias and instrumental music by the two composers.
The concert is played by the German concert singer Hildegard Felix, soprano, Mogens Friis, flute, piccolo flute, and Yuzuru Hiranaka, harpsichord.

HAYDN AND MENDELSOHN AT SELSØ CASTLE - SKIBBY
This year is also the 200th jubilee of both Haydn and Mendelssohn. For this evening’s concert there is a programme with music by these two great German composers and some of their contemporaries. You will hear both songs accompanied by piano and instrumental music.
At the concert you will hear opera singer Ole Hedegaard, tenor, a soloist at the Royal Danish Theatre, Mogens Friis, flute, and Tove Lønskov, piano, a fellow at the Royal Danish Academy of Music.

Every year Ledreborg Palace grounds provides the perfect setting for the music event of the year around Roskilde. The park opens at 11 am on concert days. Ledreborg Palace has often been described as one of the most romantic privately owned stately homes in Denmark. It is today regarded as one of the finest examples of 18th century Danish building and landscape architecture.
