With the opening of the new Christmas Elf land, Santa’s shop and the upcoming Christmas market, Holme-Ostrup is fast becoming the number one Christmas town in Denmark. The new 1000 square meter elf land consists of hundreds of moving elves, the snow queen’s cold crystal grotto, child theatre as well as Denmark’s largest mechanical Santa Claus. Fantasy Halls’ Glass blowing and hard candy workshops will be working on exclusively Christmas items during the festive season.

New Christmas Market

For the Christmas season, Fantasy World will open a brand new cowboy city on the 24th of November, which will house the Christmas market: “Christmas in the Wild West”. Beyond the Christmas shopping opportunities, the market has a variety of fun fair rides and attractions, a cowboy fort, horse drawn carriages and restaurants.

Facts about Fantasy World

The new Fantasy World in Holme-Olstrup opened in February 2007 and offers the younger children fun fair rides, a Bugs Bunny show, The biggest moon climbing tower in the Nordic Countries, a playground as well as a jungle restaurant. The Indoor amusement park offers 10,000 square meters of playgrounds and exhibitions with 1000 mechanical figures. Amongst other things, one can explore Africa and discover H.C. Andersen’s fairy tales as performed by puppets.
