 Visit Denmarks largest elf land with mechanical elves as far as the eyes can see and the one more fanciful elf scenery after the other. Every weekend the youngest ones can say hello to Santa and go to the farm in Elf Land, where the Icelandic horses are already saddled so that the children can enjoy a ride. It is also possible to buy Christmas trees and fir so that Christmas can comeback home with you. Elf Land is open from the 21st of November at 11am till 5pm, until the 23rd of December.  Come for Christmas at Tadre Mill which offers an exciting program with lots of Christmas activities. The old water mill still works and it is possible to buy fresh organic flour all day. In the decorated stables, handicrafts people work throughout the day and it will be possible to purchase knitwear, handicrafts, Christmas elves, decorations, Christmas trees and much more. The children can make Christmas decorations, lanterns and pancakes all day as well. The Mill Café sells apple slices (a special Christmas Danish, not to be missed!), mulled wine and other hot drinks.  Experience the Christmas spirit at the Tram Museum in Skjoldenæsholm. Take a trip with the Christmas tram (line zero) to Eilers Eg where they sell Christmas Trees. The Christmas Café in the Old Valby Remise will be open and there will be entertainment from Christmas elves and musicians. Do not miss out on Danish Rail’s (DSB) museum train from Copenhagen Central Station to Hvalsø, where the tram museum will arrange for a veteran bus to connect Hvalsø station and the museum.
