Christmas market in Sundkøbing
For the first time ever, the Medieval Centre opens its doors to a Christmas market in the old trading town of Sundkøbing, est. 1400 AD. Visit the beautiful houses and enjoy the smell of rice pudding, mulled wine and Christmas spices as they spread throughout town. The Golden Swan (Den Gyldne Svane) serves traditional Christmas food every day throughout the festive season, accompanied by a frothing pint of beer, of course.

Christmas lunch with music and dance  The Danish Christmas lunch is for those of us who love good music and dancing till late in the night. Santa Run
Experience the big Christmas event of the year in Kalundborg – a Santa Run with 4,000 Santas running a 3 km route through the streets of Kalundborg in an attempt to beat the previous Santa Run world record with a view to being included in the Guinness World Records.

The Christmas Ship which sails from Bornholm to Køge is loaded with unique and creative handicrafts, clothes for young and old, regional produce, Christmas sweets and much much more.
